Sunbeam Hollow Sanctuary was created from a simple belief:
Healing deserves space.
Space to slow down.
Space to exhale.
Space to step outside the roles, responsibilities,
and constant mental noise that can make it difficult to hear yourself.
Through restorative retreats, daylong immersives, workshops, and community experiences, Sunbeam Hollow creates room for women to rest, reflect, reconnect, and experience what it feels like to be cared for, too.
You may spend your days supporting your family, caring for the people you love, helping your clients, navigating a major life transition, or simply being the person everyone counts on. However you arrive, you do not need to have everything figured out first.
Each experience is different, but the intention is the same: to create a beautiful, welcoming space where you can set down what you have been carrying and, for a little while, stop being the person responsible for holding everything together.
Upcoming Offerings
Permission Granted: To Show Your True Colors
When someone you love is living with a dementia-related illness, so much attention is focused on them. Almost none is focused on you. This quiet, beautifully held day offers nourishing food, gentle reflection, optional connection with others, and a space to simply be. No caregiving. No fixing. No pressure. Just a day intentionally designed around you.
Because loving someone with a dementia-related illness changes your life, too.
Coming Autumn 2026
Permission Granted: To Rest
What if, for one weekend, no one needed anything from you?
